Hold damaged packages and all their contents including shipping materials. Please call 775-343-1090 or email us at sales@sword-int.com within 5 business days of the delivery so that we can initiate the freight claim process with our appropriate carrier and discuss replacements. Failure to contact us within this time frame will prevent us from filing a claim.

Collection of your Personal Information
Information is collected from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or draw, reply to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.

When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information.

We also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes.

The term “outside parties” does not include SWORD International Inc.. In recognition for the vital role played by the men and women who keep our country safe, we offer a 10% discount off the retail price on SWORD products to active and retired law enforcement and military personnel. In order to receive this discount, we’ll need to confirm your status.

If you are active military or law enforcement, please email us from your official government email address with the following:

1. First and last name
2. Billing name and address
3. Phone number
4. Preferred email address for contact (if other than the one being used)
5. Agency or department name

Military veterans and retired law enforcement, please send the above information along with:

1. A copy of your work ID/credential or DD 214 form
2. A copy of a government ID with your name matching the above

Copies of and forms/IDs will be deleted to protect your identity. As an added precaution, please block out any private information such as your social security number from your submissions.

Once these have been received, we will contact you at your preferred email address to confirm receipt and setup of your discount.

SWORD prides itself on making some of the most accurate rifles in the industry. Every rifle we produce is capable of sub-MOA accuracy, but performance is dependent upon shooter skill, optics setup, environment, maintenance and especially ammunition.

Gas-operated rifles are more temperamental about ammunition and technique than bolt guns. Certain rifles simply don’t like particular loads, and it’s no reflection on either the ammo or the rifle.

Little can be done to tune a rifle’s tastes to a particular load, and we can’t guarantee performance with specific ammunition. Our rifles will shoot many types of ammunition well, but be willing to try multiple loads to find the best performer.

Be aware that some loads can even vary in performance from one manufacturer’s batch to the next. When you find ammo your rifle prefers, stock up.

Remember the four commandments of firearms safety:

1. Treat all guns as if they are loaded.
2. Never sweep yourself or anyone else with the muzzle.
3. Never place your finger in the trigger guard until you’re ready to fire.
4. Be sure that your backstop is safe.
